Cancellation policy

As soon as we have received an advance payment or credit card number with expiry date, within the set term, the reservation is guaranteed (not without limit). In every other case we will rent out the accommodation after 12.00 h. to someone else without noticing. In case of a last minute booking you need to guarantee your arrival with a wire transfer or a credit card number with expiry date.


The room is available from 15.00 hours and should be departed before 11.30 hours.


Cancellation policy as agreed in the Standard Terms and Conditions for Hotel and Catering Industry. (S.T.C.H.). Those will be send to you on request. We advise you to conclude cancellation insurance, or to use our cancellation service.

Cancellation Service Golden Tulip Westduin

Use our attractive and uncomplicated cancellation service. We can offer you this service for only 5% of the reservations fee. You can cancel your reservation any time without costs until 24 hours before arrival (without giving any reasons). This service is valid for a maximum of 10 persons / 5 rooms per reservation, and is not valid during Carnival, Easter, Whitsun, Ascension Day, Christmas and New Year. If you don’t use this cancellation service, we will charge you when you cancel according to the S.T.C.H.. We advise you in this case to conclude cancellation insurance somewhere else.


Cancellation Policy according to the S.T.C.H.

a. In case of cancellation more than one month before the commencement date, the quest is not obliged to pay any money to the Hotel Establishment.

b. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the commencement date, the quest is obliged to pay 15% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.

c. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the commencement date, the quest is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.

d. In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the commencement date, the quest is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.

e. In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the commencement date, the quest is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.

f. In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the commencement date, the quest is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.


In case of early departure we do not give any refunds.


Please mention the arrival date and reservation number in case of advance payment. We do not pay transfer costs.


We accept the following methods of payment: cash - Visa - American Express - Eurocard- Traveller Cheques. We prefer Visa cards.


Domestic animals are not allowed in our hotel.


An extra bed (only possible in certain room types) will limit the available space in the room.


An amount of € 12,- will be charged if you want to change rooms without technical necessity.
